HOMEWORK AND REMINDERS FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 10 - 14

--You are reminded that Wednesday is gym day.

The children do not have school on Thursday so the teachers can attend a reading conference.  Please be sure that your child has his /her library book in school Friday.

The May Crowning will be held on Friday at Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Church in Elysburg, following mass.  You are welcome to join us.

Again I remind you that as the school year draws to a close I would be happy to meet with each of you to discuss the progress your child has made this year.  I am usually in school by 7:15 each morning, and can generally stay right after school.  Please place a note in your child’s copybook letting me know a convenient time if you do wish to meet.  Thank you!

The projects the children completed to honor our Blessed Mother are wonderful.  I know that Blessed Mother is smiling on the children and their families for all the work involved.

Here we are experimenting with 'oobleck" after reading Bartholemew and the Oobleck'.  We combined a science lesson on liquids and solids with a lesson on the importance of saying ,"It's my fault.  I'm sorry."

 Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!
